Start with the needs of your building
Every premises is different. We discuss how your building is used, review the available fire risk assessment and plans, and arrange a site survey where needed. This helps establish the required detection coverage, alarm arrangements and practical installation requirements before a quote is prepared.
A coordinated Ajax EN54 system
We work exclusively with the Ajax EN54 range. The system brings together the Fire Hub, suitable fire detectors, manual call points and alarm devices. Device choice and positioning are determined by the building and the agreed system design—not simply by the number of rooms.
Installation, testing and handover
Installation is planned to suit site access and minimise disruption. Once installed, the system needs to be configured and tested against the agreed design. At handover, we explain the everyday controls, what to do if a fault is shown, and the records and ongoing care your premises will need.
What to share when requesting a quote
Tell us the type and approximate size of your premises, whether this is a new installation or a replacement, and any access or timing constraints. If you have floor plans or a current fire risk assessment, mention these in your enquiry; we can discuss a suitable way to share them.
